The objective of this work was to analyze the physical-chemical and biological parameters of the waters of the Una river basin, as an element of environmental quality diagnosis, offering support to define scenarios for water resources management. The theoretical-methodological approach is consusbstantiated in the water collections carried out in two distinct periods (rainy and dry) of 2021, where the physical parameters were verified in loco and the chemical and biological indicators in the laboratory. The trophy level was measured by the Trophic State Index (TSSI). The results obtained in the analyses indicated a good water quality situation for class 2 use according to the CONAMA Resolution No. 357/2005, with a trophic state characterized as Ultraoligotrophic for all sampling points.
