Este artigo tem como objetivo investigar os reflexos da instabilidade da indústria do cinema através da análise de dois filmes da Disney, O Rei Leão (Rob Minkoff/Roger Allers, 1994) e Pocahontas (Mike Gabriel/Eric Goldberg, 1995), tendo em vista que, por mais que haja o planejamento prévio na estruturação e desenvolvimento de uma obra cinematográfica, não existe a garantia total de sucesso, apesar de estarmos, segundo Gilles
Lipovetsky e Jean Serroy, na hipermodernidade.

Abstract
This article aims to investigate the consequences of the instability of the film industry through the analysis of two Disney films, The Lion King (Rob Minkoff / Roger Allers, 1994) and Pocahontas (Mike Gabriel / Eric Goldberg, 1995), with a view that, however there is planning ahead in the structuring and development of a film, there is no guarantee of success, despite being, according to Gilles Lipovetsky and and Jean Serroy, in
hypermodernity.
