Tempos e espaços de lazer na velhice

Resumo

O artigo tem como objetivo desvelar as representações sociais acerca dos tempos e espaços de lazer na velhice que velhos e velhas acionam nas suas práticas de lazer, ou na ausência delas. Foram realizadas 14(quatorze) entrevistas com velhos (as), aposentados (as) do serviço público estadual do Maranhão, noPrograma de Ação Integrada para o Aposentado (PAI) em São Luís/MA. As representações foram identificadas e classificadas a partir das ferramentas analíticas de Pierre Bourdieu(2010)através dos conceitos de habitus e região. Os resultados apontam que o(a)svelho(a)s são motivados a buscar as atividades de lazer do PAI por diversos fatorese que as representações de lazer na velhice estão relacionadas com as dimensões de tempoe espaços que os mesmos dispõem para usufrui-lo.

Times and spaces for leisure in old age

Abstract

The article aim store veal the social representations about the times and spaces for leisure in the old age that the elderly people activate in their leisure practices, or in their absence. A total of 14 (fourteen) interviews were conducted with the seniors, retirees from the stat public service of Maranhão, in the Integrated Action Program for the Retired (PAI) in São Luis / MA. The representations were identified and classified from the analytical tools of Pierre Bourdieu (2010) thought he concept so Habitués and Region. The result sindicate that the elderly people are motivated to seek the leisure activities so the PAI by sever all factors and that representations of leisure in the old age are related to the dimensions of time and spaces that they have to enjoy it.
