AS NOVAS CONFIGURAÇÕES DO TRABALHO NO BRASIL E AS MUDANÇAS NA FORMA DE ORGANIZAÇÃO DA POLÍTICA DE SAÚDE

Resumo

Este artigo traz reflexões sobre as novas configurações do trabalho no Brasil e as mudanças na forma deorganização da política de saúde, no atual contexto de reestruturação produtiva capitalista sob a égide do neoliberalismo, desencadeadas a partir da crise estrutural e em nível mundial do capital no final dos anos 60 e início dos anos 70 do século XX. Enfatiza a atenção básica caracterizada como contato preferencial da população com o Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), bem como os seus avanços e retrocessos em direção à efetivação do direito social à saúde. Reafirma acentralidade do trabalho na sociedade capitalista contemporânea de orientação teórica neoliberal, as novas configurações do trabalho e as mudanças na forma de organização da política de saúde como materialização das repercussões das próprias transformações societárias.Palavras-chave: Trabalho, Estado, política de saúde, atenção básica em saúde.
THE NEW CONFIGURATIONS OF WORK IN BRAZIL AND THE CHANGES IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL FORM OF HEALTH PUBLIC POLICYAbstract: A reflection on the new configurations of labor in Brazil and the changes in the organizational form of healthpolicy in the current context of capitalist is presented. A restructuring process under the aegis of neoliberalism, triggered by the structural crisis and global capital in the late 60’s and early 70’s of the last century is also presented. Emphasizes in the primary care characterized as preferred contact with the population of the Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) and its ebbs and flows towards the real implementation of the social right to health reaffirms the centrality of work in the contemporary capitalist society of neoliberal theoretical orientation, the new configurations of work and changes in the way of the organization of health policy as the embodiment of the repercussions of its transformations in society.Keywords: Work, State, health policy, primary health care.
